1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brickr Bot Builder ("Brickr", "we", "us", or "our"), including the dashboard, bot builder, hosting integrations, and related services.

By creating an account, connecting a Discord bot, or otherwise using Brickr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Brickr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Brickr uses Discord OAuth for authentication. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy when using Brickr to build or operate bots.

3. Bot tokens and Discord applications

When you connect a Discord bot, you provide a bot token and related application details. You represent that you have the right to use that token and that your bot complies with Discord's rules.

You must not use Brickr to operate bots that violate Discord's Terms of Service, Developer Policy, or applicable law, including bots used for spam, harassment, fraud, malware distribution, or unauthorized data collection.

  • Keep your bot token confidential and rotate it if compromised.
  • Only connect bots you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Ensure required Discord intents and permissions are enabled responsibly.

4. Credits, plans, and hosting

Brickr may offer paid or credit-based plans that allocate resources such as RAM, server capacity, or automation limits. Credits and plan entitlements are described in the dashboard at the time of purchase or allocation.

When you create a bot, Brickr may provision infrastructure through third-party hosting providers, including Pterodactyl-compatible servers. Resource limits, uptime, and performance depend on the selected plan and underlying infrastructure.

Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, fees and credits are non-refundable once consumed for provisioning or active service periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Brickr or the bots you deploy through it. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass security controls, interfering with other users, abusing API rate limits, reverse engineering the service except where permitted by law, or using Brickr to facilitate illegal activity.

  • No unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data.
  • No deployment of malicious, deceptive, or rights-infringing automations.
  • No excessive load or abuse that degrades service for others.

6. Your content and flows

You retain ownership of the bot configurations, flows, and content you create in Brickr, subject to the licenses needed for us to host, process, and operate your bots on your behalf.

You grant Brickr a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service.

7. Service availability and changes

Brickr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of hosted bots, Discord integrations, or third-party infrastructure such as Pterodactyl nodes, Discord API endpoints, or database providers.

8. Termination

You may stop using Brickr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees where required.

Upon termination, we may delete or disable associated bots, flows, and hosted resources after a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brickr disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Brickr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Brickr for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater, unless a higher minimum is required by law.

10. Contact and governing law

Questions about these Terms can be directed through the contact method listed on the Brickr website or dashboard.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Brickr operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
